We do not offer payment on account.

Do you offer business discounts?

Yes, we offer business discounts. Log in to your business account to see your prices.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I also transfer money to your account number?

You cannot pay via our IBAN number. For this reason, it is not listed on our website.

When will I receive an invoice for my order?

We will email your invoice when your order has been dispatched. The invoice is an attachment in the dispatch confirmation email. Please check your spam folder.

Will a VAT invoice be included?

Yes, you will receive a VAT invoice from us. For business customers outside the UK, VAT is deducted. You must enter a valid VAT number for this.

Can I change my company details or VAT number on the invoice?

Yes, that is possible. Please email the new details to us. Send them to [email protected].

The VAT amount is not being deducted from the total amount, what should I do?

Please check that your VAT number is correct. Do not use any full stops or spaces.
