Most products have a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. This is stated on your invoice. DAB Evosta pumps have a 5-year warranty. The product must function correctly during this period. Wear parts are not covered by the warranty. This includes seals, bearings, and capacitors. Damage from incorrect use is also excluded. This includes dry-running or unauthorised repairs. Inspection, testing, and shipping costs £75.

Email it to [email protected]. Include your name and order number. If that fails, you can fill out the warranty form. We repair or replace manufacturing defects for free. You must pay for defects from misuse or wear. Inspection, testing, and shipping costs £75.
